The birth of a child also signifies the birth of a Mother (no matter how many children you have). Just as the first year of a baby’s life is critical for their development, the first year is also critical for the mother as you transition into your new role and take on a new identity. Becoming a mother can create many physical, mental, and emotional changes that impact how you feel or function.
At Kawa Flow, we provide a blend of yoga and occupational therapy interventions to prevent or treat those changes. We help our mamas prioritize their health and wellness to improve their daily performance at all stages of motherhood. We also strive to help our mamas feel supported and empowered with the knowledge that you are not alone in this motherhood journey.
