GROWING TOGETHER
A Mum & Baby Group on Infant Development, Connection & Self Care for Mums & Babies
Welcome and congratulations!
If you had a baby recently (or are expecting one soon) you’re in the right place.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a first time mother or already have children, a new baby is both a blessing and a challenge. So much focus is on having the baby, that quite often a new mother finds that she’s lost in the aftermath.
Finding and seeking support during this time can be very challenging. This is why having a support group and building your own village is an important part of your path to motherhood. And that's what Growing Together Mum & Baby Group is all about!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the format of the session?

It will be a small group class where mums and babies can choose to sit on the mats provided or bring your own mats. It starts off with a weekly check in, subsequently the delivery of the session content will usually last around 45 minutes to 1 hour. After that, mums and babies can stay and play on mats, have a chat or even go for a coffee together in the vicinity.

Can Dads join the session?

Whilst we love including Dads in as many areas as possible, this group is specially designed for mums and babies to attend on their own. With this cozy environment, we find that it helps to build mums confidence of getting out of the house on her own, enables mums to feel comfortable to talk about anything on their minds, and build strong connections within the group.
What happens if I miss one week? What if I am late?

If you're unable to make one of the sessions (sometimes life happens!), you'll be send an email summarising what we discussed in class, and handouts from the session. We encourage you to come for as much of the session as you can - but even if you only make it for the last 15 minutes, you'll still be able to connect with the other mums and gain some new information.

If you do miss a class because of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, you can always email kawaflowsg@gmail.com, then we will of course try and figure out how you might make it up on the next course.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received 14 days before the start of the 7-weeks course incurs a fee of $150.
