What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational therapy (OT) is a health profession that uses meaningful activities of everyday living to promote health and wellness.

OT treatment focuses on empowering and helping individuals with physical, sensory, or cognitive difficulties to have access to quality and meaningful life and become as independent as possible in all areas of their lives.

Developmental evaluations and parent support for children with individual needs. Improve participation and independence in school, play, social and self-care (dressing, feeding etc) activities.

For children from birth to 18 years old.

Mental Health

To empower individuals experiencing psychological distress or mental health conditions to manage the effects of the distress/condition and to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
